If you have received an order and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you. Please contact us on +91 99627 80150 and we will provide you with instructions on the return and refund process.

However we request you to kindly go through the below clauses aswell.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for merchandise within 10 days of purchase for most orders (10 days after ship date for online orders). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items cannot be returned without a receipt or packing slip. With a receipt, we offer an exchange (Exchanges are in-store purchases only) or refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for items returned.
• Cash will be refunded in cash.
• Credit will be issued on charge sales, and must be credited back on the same credit card used for the purchase.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. Sale merchandise is not returnable for exchange or refund.
• Semi Annual Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Price adjustments will not be honored. See below for more information.

 

Return Policy for Customized Items

Unfortunately, once a custom order has gone to print and shipped, the order cannot be returned for a refund due to the nature of the product. However, if the order has been printed and there is an error in your wording or customization, we will work with you to fix and reprint the order at a 40% discount.

5. Shipped.

• How soon will my purchase arrive?

For standard delivery accros Indian please allow 6 to 10 business days for items to arrive.

Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed. Should there by any delays in the above stated rest assured you will be informed.

* Ps. Custom printed items may take longer to ship due to the increased processing and production time. We do not currently deliver on weekends or holidays.
