Returns

• You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within 10 working days.

However, in the event of a personalised product kindly note our Return & Refund policy will not be applicable as these are specially made to order.

• On recieving your order confirmation our team at "the Studio" will being putting your order together immediately.
• Please note all Shipping costs within India have been included in the product cost .- For all International Shippments please contact us to know the cost.
• The Base shippming fee that has been added to your total order value  will only be for "regular" deliveries within Indian  and not for Speedy/ quick - time couriers. - should you wish for the same, plase contact us while placing your order and we will be most happy to assist you .
